BIRDOLA® PRODUCTS CELEBRATES 20 YEARS WITH WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT.
Grand Rapids, MI - Birdola® Products proudly announces their 20th anniversary in business in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Birdola's celebration included the creation of the World's Largest Wildlife Feed Cake. The cake weighed a whopping 720 pounds! Birdola worked with the Guinness Book of World Records to make certain the cake creation was in accordance with Guinness Book guidelines.
Birdola® Products invented the cake-feeding system for wild birds over twenty years ago, and continues to be an innovator in wildlife feeding today. A decade-long national advertising program has helped make Birdola the best-known and best-selling wild bird feed cake in the country.
Birdola® Products unveiled the World's Largest Wildlife Feed Cake at Blandford Nature Center 1715 Hillburn Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan on Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Birdola Products donated the feed cake to Blandford Nature Center after the event. The Mayor of the City of Grand Rapids, The Honorable George K. Heartwell accepted the cake on behalf of Blandford Nature Center.
Guinness Book of World Records confirmed that Birdola Products created the "World's Largest Wildlife Feed Cake", and the record has been listed on the Guinness website.
